Warner Brothers push to get a Best Picture Nom may seem out there. Visual effects are also Oscar worthy, the amount of magic used in insane, and it all looks incredible. his performance was Oscar worthy, the emotion he portrayed gave me tears, and to see a character who we all believed was a betrayer, turns out to be anything but, it is beautiful to watch.
BUT the star of the show was definitely Alan Rickman as Snape. Ralph Fiennes as Voldemort is perfect, he is truly evil and makes you believe it just as much. Dame Maggie Smith plays as the old sweet hero, which I must admit made me smile. Hermione and Ron work with great chemistry now that they are finally together. Daniel Radcliffe plays Harry perfectly, taking on such emotional moments such as the ‘walk to his death’ so well. the lovable characters we all know and love-but were absent in Part 1-are back, each more mature-especially Neville who i thought looked like a different person compared to the chubby, big eared boy he used to be. Each actor puts in his and hers best efforts and it truly shows. Luckily I was very wrong, I have seen the film twice now and both times they cease to amaze me. I had high expectations on how I wanted the film to look, and despite the fantastic looking trailer, I was nervous that the ending wouldn’t be as big as I hoped. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 however made me the most excited and nervous. I have been a huge Harry Potter fan since the opening of Philosophers Stone, and every time they are released I get even more excited about the comings of what I hope will be another great installment.
It is by far the best Harry Potter film out there, bringing together emotion, love, action, and suspense all into one.
